ACCOMMODATION

Legend Hill Resort & Spa consists of 41 keys, including Rooms, Suites, Apartments, Penthouses, and Villas. A room booking initiated by the customer and accepted by the resort establishes a contractual relationship between the two, the resort accommodation contract. The contract comes into effect on request from the customer through the acceptance by the resort. The resort is free to confirm the booking in writing.

RATES

The rates displayed on the website are in EURO, include VAT (15%), and are net & non-commissionable. Any fluctuation in the exchange rate, local taxes, or unexpected amendment of the tariffs of our suppliers and/or taxes may affect our rates. We will ensure to communicate in the most effective way any future changes in our rate structure.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

After a booking is confirmed through the resort's website or by phone, the guest will receive a detailed statement outlining the charges and dates of stay. This statement will be sent automatically for online bookings or provided by a booking agent for offline reservations.

The guest must provide the booking department with a valid email address to ensure receipt of the confirmation.

Full guest details, including name, accommodation type, arrival and departure times, and flight details must be sent by e-mail directly to our Reservations Department to hold the room on a confirmed basis and to provide airport transfers, if required.

Upon arrival, you must produce the confirmation email and valid identification of all persons who will be staying during the stay at the reception desk.

The prices mentioned on the website are in Euros (EUR) or in any other currency.

The prices displayed on our website are subject to change during the season (see periods defined below) and may differ from those published on other websites at the time of your booking, which you agree to when you confirm it.

Any promotions may be withdrawn or changed, and there may also be periods of suspension without notice.

Promotional codes or special offers are only valid at the time of booking and apply exclusively to the service reserved and the confirmed total amount. They cannot be used for additional services or future reservations unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of the accommodation charge will be applicable. (Applicable on Legend Suites & Legend Apartments)

- 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the accommodation charge will be applicable. (Applicable on Legend Penthouses & Legend Villas)

ALL YEAR ROUND, EXCEPT PEAK

- 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the accommodation charge will be applicable. (Applicable on Legend Suites & Legend Apartments)

- 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the accommodation charge will be applicable. (Applicable on Legend Penthouses & Legend Villas)

ALL YEAR ROUND

- 100% charge for no-show.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESORT

The resort is entitled to extraordinarily withdraw from the contract for objectively justifiable reasons, for example if:

‐ Force majeure or other circumstances for which the resort is not responsible make it impossible to fulfill the contract;

‐ Rooms or event rooms are culpably booked with misleading or false information or concealment of essential facts; the identity of the customer, the solvency, or the purpose of the stay;

‐ The resort has reasonable grounds to believe that the use of the resort services may endanger the smooth running of the business, the security, or the reputation of the resort in public, without this being attributable to the sphere of control or organization of the resort;

‐ The purpose or the reason for the stay is illegal.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in is as from 15:00, check-out is at 12:00 (noon) latest. Late check-out and early check-in can be booked upon request and are subject to availability, with a supplement being charged.

DAMAGE OF PROPERTY

Guests will be charged for any breakages, excessive damage, or loss to property. During the check-out process, our Front Desk will inform the client of such occurrences and claim the amount due on the spot upon departure.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To secure your bookings, we require a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation. All payments shall be made net of bank charges. Balance payments will be required 14 days prior to arrival.

Last-minute bookings (less than 14 days) should be fully settled at the time of booking confirmation.

In case these rules are not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or to claim the customer directly in case the booking has been made through a third party. Payments must be done in the currency on the invoice or booking confirmation, on the corresponding currency account, net of bank charges.

RESPONSIBILITY & INSURANCE

Legend Hill Resort & Spa is insured under a General Public Liability Insurance with a leading insurance company, and details can be provided as needed. Upon check-in, a document mentioning security measures and risks is handed to our clients, and they are required to sign, acknowledging careful reading of the document. It is highly recommended that all customers are duly insured while visiting our resorts.

MISCONDUCT OF IN-HOUSE GUESTS

All our guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and our employees. Failing to do so may result in the guests being asked to leave the premises or facing police intervention.

USE OF SAFE

At Legend Hill Resort & Spa, the safety and security of your belongings are our top priorities. To assist in protecting your valuables, we provide in-room safes free of charge for your use. We encourage all guests to make use of these safes to help safeguard personal and valuable items. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or theft of items not stored in the safe.
