On the slope of the majestic mountain of La Tourelle, discover 52 exceptional properties overlooking the ocean.

Our two restaurants are located in a secure, five-star resort that has its own club house. The first is a gourmet restaurant with a menu crafted by the starred chef Arnaud Faye, while the second is a casual, bistro chic restaurant close to the pool. Enjoy the cocktail bar, the “Salin de Biosel” spa and the reception desk, as well as other customised services.

This sumptuous setting houses 23 villas, 25 apartments and four penthouses, all for sale.

MJ Développement Groupe

Michaël Ruel and Jean Etchepareborde, real estate developers have known how

to forge deep links within Mauritius. With more than 20 years of experience in the business of real estate and hotel operation, they like to be at the heart of the action, and lead a strong policy of sponsorship in culture, sports and charity in France as well as in Mauritius.

MJ Développement was created in 2007 by these two friends and includes among its

shareholders a strong French industrial: Jean-Louis Desjoyaux (CEO of Group Piscines Desjoyaux, world leader in the construction of swimming pools).

Following many leisure trips to Mauritius, the first project was launched in Rivière Noire in 2014: Marguery Exclusive Villas. It was an instant success. In 2017, MJ Développement started a new project to the north: Mythic Grand Gaube. It, too, was a success, fuelled by the efficiency of our French and Mauritian partners.

Founded in 2010 and led by Thierry Naidu, a native of Mauritius, Phoenix Hôtel Collection is a company specializing in consulting and managing luxury hotel properties internationally (France, Mauritius, Morocco, Portugal). Thierry Naidu aims to preserve the identity and individuality of each hotel while promoting its history, culture, local architecture, and cuisine. This is complemented by the principles of high-quality service and meticulously crafted, personalized, warm, and discreet hospitality.

Thierry Naidu is also recognized for managing La Chèvre d'Or in Eze Village, a benchmark establishment among the hotels he oversees. Legend Hill, in Mauritius, is the first property on the island he operates, in collaboration with MJ Développement, further strengthening his expertise in international luxury hospitality.

Chef Glenn Viel

Since 2015, Glenn Viel has been the head chef of the historic restaurant L'Ousteau de Baumanière in Les Baux-de-Provence. He is one of the ten French chefs committed to responsible gastronomy, a distinction awarded by the Michelin Guide ("Gastronomie Durable"). Having traveled through some of the finest gastronomic venues (Meurice and Plaza Athénée in Paris, Kilimandjaro and Cheval Blanc in Courchevel, Peron in Marseille...), he was named "Chef of the Year" by his peers at the "Le Chef" magazine Trophies in 2020, the year he received his third star. Continuing his professional and media rise, he joined the jury of the famous TV show Top Chef on M6 in 2022.
